CURRENT OBSESSION: Burberry

BURBERRY! BURBERRY! BURBERRY!

I honestly cannot get over it.

The thing I absolutely love about fashion nowadays is how older more established brands are constantly looking to re-invent themselves.

Be it looking back into past and pulling looks and inspiration from archives; which Versace did an amazing job at their FW18 show where Donatella Versace paid homage to her brother and the brand leaving everyone with a wonderful taste of nostalgia. Or creating something new and fresh with a touch of the same flare you’re known for. And we all know that ca got either way, either it’s amazing or really shitty.

But the last couple of months Burberry has me drooling over all of their new pieces.  The Fall 2018 RTW fashion show for starters was amazing  the only was way to describe the vibe of the show was that it was a vibe. From shutting it down with her opening to the rainbow lighting I was shook

I mean, the cuts, the print on print action ( which I’m obsessed with), the model choice, & all the PLAID!!!

Did I tell y’all I have a thing for PLAID!! I love how they’ve completely come full circle a couple of years ago I wouldn’t have considered Burberry edgy or  super in but they have arrived. Showing that even as times and fashion are constantly changing and evolve their one with the times.
